I went in for an acrylic fill. The young man who started my nails removed the polish. After removing my polish he proceeded to apply the primer with out prepping my nails. There was a lady who told him not to worry about that because it was close to closing time. I told the lady as a licensed nail technician I know that by applying acrylic to a nail the nail will lift within a day. The lady walked away. The young man started to prep my nail and the lady came over and told me that she did not like that. She accused me of coming from the other nail salon in the mall and told me and my daughter our nails could not be done. She said we close at 7. I asked her well why didn’t you tell me you couldn’t take us. She continued to tell me I was not licensed and got mad at me for not allowing her to take my money for not providing professional service. This is the second time I went there. This will be my last. All people are not ignorant of the services to be provided. Check and make sure you are getting proper professional service. All I wanted was a nail day with my daughter. I will not pay for services I know are being done wrong. As a professional we should hold each other with high customer service for all customers. I left with nails not done . I wish i could upload pictures. Honesty goes a long way. If you can’t do a service just say that. I would have understood.

I got in my car and saw that there was hair embedded in my acrylic on my thumb nail! I’m sure the tech saw as she was using a light to help her see. The shape was awful and uneven. That’s my fault because I should have payed more attention and was in a rush. Never again!!

I only got a pedicure,but it was nice. I believe her name was Nancy(N something). No disrespect. She was awesome. She took care of the nooks and crannies. She did it with so much care. I got gel polish,n yes they are still polished with no chipping! Definitely will be returning.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityTHIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! I got my nails and my daughters nails done 2 days before leaving town on a family emergency and I got acrylic nails and I didn’t want them to put the No chip on me and my daughter. Well they did anyway and then tried to charge me for both no chips. She gave 10 off my daughters and I gave tip. Then we left and my one nail fell off in another state and I had to find someplace to fix. Well it was the mail that I had a design on which I payed more for. So I had to pay. To have my nails repainted because they didn’t have the same color. So when we got back late last night mu daughter and I both had another nail fall off. Tried to call and of course NO ONE ANSWERED. So we came in to get yelled at that they don’t fix nails after 1 week. Even though it’s there products. Then the man who said he was the manager said his name was Kyle but had to think about it said they would fix but put a different color only on that one nail because they didn’t have the color. IM EXTREMELY PIST! And will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STOP GOING THERE! Igreat way to end a week dealing with a family emergency. She wanted me to call from the other state to tell what happened instead of being there for my family and there loss.This is the reply to your comment first off I never had nails break within 1week after getting them done secondly I never once said I wanted a fill in I just wanted you to fix the one nail and match the color that you didn’t have and thirdly how rude of you to lie and say it’s been 2 weeks when we both know it’s been less than 2 weeks.
