I went to get a set removed and they don’t do the soak n remove, she forcefully stuck another acrylic under my set and caused lots of nail damage, then put antiseptic on the nails that hurt or were bleeding without giving me a warning. After that I was still charged $18 for a removal (that the owner said was $10) terrible customer service, never going there again.

Plus the lady used tools that were not cleaned and when I told them it doesn’t look right they didn’t even listen! Towards the end of my visit I wanted a little more filing so they won’t be so sharp and the lady took a tool from the trash to try to file my nails! The whole visit was a disaster! The worst experience I’ve ever had! My nails hurt and it looks horribly done! Plus the lady used tools that were not cleaned and when I told them it doesn’t look right they didn’t even listen! As much as I want to like this spot I just can’t got a pedicure I go often because I get ingrown in my big toes they always just kind of clean rushing however I need to ask again for her to do it at that point they start to do it and constantly saying no more when I could feel it then they ask if is ok now n is not so they chuffed there tools doing it super hard this last time she made me bleed and keep laughing saying it was a lot going forward my toe didn’t hurt that day but in the night omg my mail was palpating n burning super red n blue ish the next day it just all day and now is back to being swollen and draining pus my nail feels wiggly and they supposed to be using new stuff with every client don’t think so

I made an appointment for a pedicure and they told me they were busy. Two of the ladies here were very mean to me and started scolding me when I simply asked that since they were busy I would have to go to another place. I am very disappointed with their attitude towards me. The lady who does my nails is super sweet and very good at what she does but unfortunately it is her day off. I will not be coming back

Not the best experience, from when I walked in the door. No emmidiate greeting. Asked how much no response, had to ask 3 times. The water too hot, really! I brought my own polish which was applied messy and the person almost kept my it, I had you to ask for it. No, won’t be returning there. A rate of a negitive star please. I don’t recommend this place.
