Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give a 0 I would!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! It’s an absolute rip off!!!! Decided to try this place for my birthday they total me one price when I walked in and then tried to up-charge every 5mins.I originally wanted a no chip pedicure, the seat and water were dirty. When I requested new water I was told it was new and she kept working. Throughout the pedicure the lady kept hurting my feet so I decided not to get polish the $20 up charge for no chip and asked her to please just finish the pedicure without polish.Then, I was told since I did not get no chip polish they would now charge be for removing polish with a drill. I ask were you charging me before? She said no but now I will charge. She proceeded to turn around in her chair and talk to other customers saying she is doing nothing wrong. So at that point I was finished! I went to for my unfinished service (no lotion, no massage, no polish, and was charged $48 out of the original $50 with no chip polish!They were not apologetic or empathetic. When I asked to see the charge for polish removal with a service they could not show me!!!They worst!!!!! Worst place to go to!! Let me tell you they’re not classy at all. Expensive for nothing. Went their to get my nails done for my birthday. Each nail was different shape. And when I told her to fix them. She gave me the old excuse saying my NAILS ARE Crooked lol. like really? Been getting my nails done for 15 years I haven’t heard that excuse! Never tried this nail salon, but time was of the essence and decided to pop in because I was in the area in order to get every thing done in one spot. I was able to walk right in, they were friendly. But I am dissatisfied because less than 5 days later after getting a fresh full set one nail has completely popped off! Just primarily getting into my bed. And two of the nails black/deep red ombre are chipping off. When I called to see if I could just come in to get it fixed I had to make an appointment in order to do so. Well I paid well over $100 and gave cash tip but also was charged for using my card. Extremely irritated. Called my regular nail salon told him the situation, I’m literally heading there in 10 minutes for them to fix what another nail salons mistakes. Needless to say I won’t cheat and look elsewhere again.

First time using Classy Nails, Liz was absolutely amazing with my nail and everyone was polite. I received a $30 pedicure then sat and waited 40 minutes to get a $48 fill-in and a $5 nail fix. Last I checked that’s $83 but I was told I owed $100 for my service. Talk about being overcharged, not sure what the extra $17 paid. Pedicure, Acrylic nails

I’ve been coming here for around ten years. Unfortunately they have changed ownership recently, and after todays visit I will never return. I made an apt for two pedicures this morning for myself and my dad for 10am. This apt was made Saturday. When we got here, they started my pedicure and left my dad soaking his feet for about 10-15 mins while they worked on me. If they didn’t have the appropriate staffing, they shouldn’t have taken the apt. After that, the man doing my pedicure started scraping off my old nail polish. I told him it was regular polish, not gel, and didn’t need to be scraped off, just use regular remover as this was Essie polish I applied at home. The man brushed me off and kept doing it. Then when he was scrubbing my feet, he was scrubbing so hard, it hurt. I told him this, he apologized, and continued to do it. Then when doing the massage, I told him he was using too much pressure, which he again apologized and continued to use the same amount of pressure. To be honest, I should have just walked out and not even given them our business today. A pedicure is considered a luxury service and in this economy being a luxury salon they should be treating their clients better than this.

I love this salon!!! The staff is super friendly! The place is very clean. They will not overbook, and keep you waiting for long periods of time! I’ve been going for about 6 months now, and they do a great job each time.

How can you not allow a customer to get a regular manicure if that’s what they what. If a customer doesn’t want a no chip due to nail damage and will bring their own polish then what kind of service is that. I can take my money somewhere else.

Nail gel was made here and they did a great job! No appointment needed and they were able to get me in quickly. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to try the pedicure.

My tech is excellent. I’m always satisfied. Their prices are good. It’s a clean and attractive space. My only recommendations: do not allow waiting customers to eat inside. One woman brought a whole Wendy’s meal and ate it at the drying station and no one said anything. Also, the Manager is clearly overwhelmed and when it’s crowded she can be short with customers, bordering on rude.
