Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been a loyal customer for many years. I come in every 2-3 weeks for a no-chip manicure.I came in yesterday for a no-chip manicure only to have the nail polish bubble causing the first layer to peel off. Also, she made my right ring finger bleed from hitting my cuticle with the nail grinder, never once apologizing!!!I called the following day and told them what happened and they asked me when I would be able to come in. I made an appointment at 3 and showed up at my scheduled time. I wasn’t addressed for another 35 minutes after arriving!Throughout the whole time of waiting, I was really patient and understanding that they were short staffed and had many people waiting.When I finally was called to come sit, they kept on telling me how busy they are and how they would appreciate me to come back later. When I told them repeatedly that I made an appointment at 3 and it was now going on 4, they didn’t seem to care.The girl that did my nails was extremely rude and she was only going to fix two nails when almost every nail had a bubble that was noticeable! I told her that would not work and pointed at every nail that had a bubble on it. She rudely fixed my nails but was rushed. Only to come home and two of my nails formed a bubble and peeled off again.I’m appalled at the way they treat loyal customers and I will not be coming back in.Below you can see my ring finger and middle finger nail polish peeled off due to a bubble underneath my polish.Service: Gel manicuresI have been a loyal customer for many years.
