By the time I got home, the polish already lifted and is getting snagged on everything. Very disappointing after the amount of money I spent. In all transparency, they did offer to fix it while i was there but it was going to take another 15 minutes and I was already late. The place is fairly clean and staff are very friendly. While drying my toes, i noticed an imperfection on one nail when i looked closely at my hands. By the time I got home, the polish already lifted and is getting snagged on everything. Very disappointing after the amount of money I spent. I’ve tried this salon on 3 different occasions for various services. Their pedicures are fantastic and relaxing, but their manicures fall short. The first time I was there, I got a gel manicure and it began cracking within a couple of days. My most recent visit was to get a new dip manicure, and unfortunately I am very disappointed. My nail tech was rough on my nails when she was removing the polish I had on before to the point that my nails were burning. I wanted a shorter almond shape, and typically it looks fine because I have long nail beds, but when I asked her to cut them further down before shaping the tips, she got very argumentative. Additionally, the shape I ended up with is more stiletto, very uneven, and although I got the manicure yesterday, it looks like they’ve already grown out.

This was my first time visiting and would highly recommend. The spa was super clean, the tools were all sanitized and packaged individually in kits which was great. My visit was impromptu and the owner was extremely accommodating and booked an appointment for my daughter and I right away. Everyone was really friendly and the prices are great. I received a regular manicure with polish, I’m really hard on my hands and it’s lasted beautifully. My daughter opted for the no chip and as an athlete, she’s really tested it and no chips or lifting at all! We will be back to try some of the other services and of course some fresh mani’s!

Tako is such a good nail artist! I got my Apres Gel-X / Glass Tips / Gel Extensions from him and I am happyyy! They stayed put until I came back to get them removed. Only took 10 minutes to soak off. Gotta love soft gel. 🙂 Not to mention I got baby boomer ombré airbrushed onto my nails. I feel so trendy and modern. He’s such a perfectionist. ❤️❤️❤️

Great experience, but it did not last long. I got my set less than a week ago. After two days one nail fell off. I got it fixed and everything seemed fine. Slowly, nails kept lifting and falling off. I would fold laundry, or close a drawer, a nail would snap off whole. I don’t do any heavy work so I was surprised they fell off. Usually my nails stay on for 3-5 weeks, but these barely lasted me a week. The nail techs are great and super sweet and do a good job with designs, but personally they didn’t last the time they usually should last.
