Critical: Quality, ValueWaited 3 hours to get my nails done, after being told only a half hour, and only two other females getting finished up on there own while I waited.. Got the gel set and not even a full week and the thumb nail polish chipped. Not to mention how thin looking they are.Service: Acrylic nails

Worst pedicure i have ever received. Didn’t offer different packages when i was in chair so ended up with pretty much soap and water on my feet. Didn’t even get all the sock fuzz out from under my nails. Didn’t offer any gel colors so my polished was ruined by the time i got home. In and out of pedi chair in 25 minutes and he kept looking at the clock like he was on a time limit. I was one of three customers and there were four employees and no one waiting or walking in so no need to rush. Say under dryers for 15 minutes and then was rushed to put socks and shoes back on i would have preferred to walk out with the foam sandals so my polish could continue to dry but looks like they like to keep them and reuse them. Just do not waste your time here.

The woman who did my nails drilled my cuticles and I bled from almost all of my cuticles. She was the only person doing manicures and we were at the salon for 3 hours. Not a good experience and we won’t be back. Acrylic nails

Not only could they not do what I originally asked them, they couldn’t even do the simple shape and design I wanted. Took my mom with me and they refused to refill her nails, just sanded off the old polish. We told them we didn’t like the nails and they still made us pay the full price. Two of my mom’s nails completely broke off the same night because of how thin they sanded it . I will NEVER come to this place again. HORRIBLE SERVICE !! Wish I could give them negative stars, they were that horrible.
