I came in yesterday wanting to take my nails off. The lady who took mine off rushed and was aggressively working and pulling the acrylic off my nails. Ouch. On one of my thumbs, my actual nail was cut. That hurt. She was pretty nice however, but I definitely will not come back.

Horrible!!! DO NOT GO HERE! One of the nail techs made my cuticles bleed and then laughed at me!!! Also I paid 80 dollar’s and she didn’t even know how to do a marble look and I only wanted that design on two nails. (which was on the counter of the doll hands that they practice on) they were very rude, and horrible customer service. Nail tech was very unprofessional and one of the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Should be shut down!!!

I came in for a gel manicure and it was completely rushed. She was going so fast that she caused 3 different fingers to start bleeding at the cuticles. I liked that they lowered the price down to $35 for acrylic nails but now they have new options for natural nails. It was a much easier process although a little spendy. I got the dip powder for $50; it was worth it. It helped me to not think about chewing my nails so much.

Critical: QualityI called before I went in and they said they had enough time to do two manicures. When they started they were rushing through like we were in they’re way. We had asked for dip on our nails. They did 7 layers of dip! I asked if they can please make them thinner because wow. And they said that’s not how dip is supposed to be. I made her shave them down and once they were done , before we even paid. One of the ladies already grabbed her bag and left. Do not recommend . Critical: QualityPolish applied to thick and nails had nicks in them in a few hours, plus nails were chipped in 3 days. I was vacationing in ND so my nails had less than normal wear so I feel the polish should have held up better after only 3 days. Maybe back in the day this place was top notch, but today it shows decline. The nail tech was nice enough, but I was seated next to a woman who was wearing a dress and was given a towel over it, I too was wearing a dress and received no courtesy. White/Black??? She was very rough with me, I said ouch a couple of times and upon looking closer NONE of the instruments used were STERILE, I pray infection is not in my future. Taking my business elsewhere
