I got my nails done this morning with my mom and sister and all of us left unimpressed. The lady who did my nails was very nice, the man who did my sister’s nails was not as nice. They did not do enough coats on any of our nails and most of mine were not all the way covering my nail, leaving it chipped, crooked down by the cuticle, and very see-through. It felt very rushed to get everybody out of the salon and was not good customer service. I suggest going elsewhere to get your nails done.

I brought my daughter to this salon to get a new set of acrylics. Before starting my daughter told them she has to be out by a certain time and showed the tech what she wants done. The latter said it was no problem. I’m going to start off by saying that half way through the process the tech decides to leave to go pick her daughter up from school. My daughter had to sit there and wait for 30 mins for the tech to come back. When she came back she informed my daughter that she cannot give her the nails she wanted because she doesn’t have time anymore. She has another client coming in!!!!

I took my daughter in there Wednesday to get her nails done for her birthday. The lady who did the shellac pedicure cut my daughters skin on each one of her toes. My daughter started complaining today of scabs. I’m an esthetician and if I left a cut on a clients face that left scabs, I would loose my state license. Please don’t operate of you don’t know what you’re doing.
