We only use the finest and organic products and lotions. We provided a relaxing atmost- phere with special lighting, music, decor and textiles throughout the spa. I used to love coming here but my last visit was awful. Lady seemed like she was in a rush the whole time, when she did my pedicure she gradded my toe, my nails are un even and after 1 week the gel is already coming off. My cuticles on my hands and toes were cut. Lexi was who did mine. I do not recommend going to her. Holly was awesome.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place is always hit or miss depending on the nail tech you get. I went on a Tuesday and had an appointment at 6pm and they didn’t sit me down until 6:20. The lady doing my nails was obviously way too busy and was going so fast that she was being so rough on my fingers and I ended up getting cuts on multiple different cuticles. Then she had to go to a different client in the middle of my scheduled appointment and I got someone else. They didn’t even wrap the polish on the tips of my acrylics so I had the ugly look of having the tips a clear color. They also only put two layers of gel polish on my acrylics and they are incredibly bumpy ): Normally I see that they put 3 to 4 layers of the polish on but this time it was 2 and on the second layer the dude only put it on the center of my nail. He didn’t get the sides or anything. Three days after my appointment my thumb nail started peeling off. When normally acrylics will look good for up to 4 weeks. So disappointed. If they were too busy to take their time with me then they should have scheduled me for a different day. Stop accepting clients if you don’t have the proper time to do their nails! Last time coming here unfortunately. They are artists at doing nails they always do exactly what I’d like the way I want it. They do great service, They ask you if you need a drink will you first come in and they will get you in that day. Ask for Tammy she is my personal preference but overall they are all great but I am usually judged because of my age and appearance for not being able to afford what I’m asking

It’s fun for little girls to go get their toes done in a pedi chair that is their size. I currently looking for a new nail tech since I just moved… within a matter of 3 days of my fill that was done a nail started to lift and my daughter’s gel polish toes had started to peel. Keep in mind, I’ve had long nails for the last 11 years or so and my daughter has been getting her toes done since she was 6 months old. They both happened on their own, no picking and I didn’t hit my nails on anything. They did fix both but then again within a matter of a couple of days 2 other nails started to lift. Those were the main issues. The others were: I showed my nail tech a simple design (I never ask for anything too complicated) she assured me that she could do it, then when it came to it she wasn’t able to and I left with a solid color instead. While I was getting a pedi my pedi came with callus removal that the nail tech completely disregarded. The whole reason why I chose that specific pedi was because of the callus removal. When I asked her about it she said “I didn’t feel anything on your feet so you don’t need it”. Uhm the whole reason why you don’t is because I get it with every pedicure. I asked nicely for her to please do it and she came back and barley touched my feet.
