Critical: Professionalism, QualityDo not go here without an appointment. Don’t go here if you don’t want fake nails. If they are busy, walk away. The more I think about my experience the more I find flaws. I went when all of the main nail artists were busy. Instead of being turned away, I was given bad service. I was sat in a foot bath chair for a manicure. This lead to balancing 2 pillows and the nail dryer in my lap and the second was placed at an awkward angle. The design I wanted I was denied because it was on fake nails in the photo. It was a base color with glitter tips. What I ended up getting was a base color with glitter covering the nail. I can’t explain that. This mysterious beverage everyone is raving about I didn’t see. I was also not told their services and literally just got my nails painted. No massage. No finger bath. My nails weren’t even trimmed and cleaned. I was left to sit for 10 mins with no instruction on how long to dry my nails for. To top it all off, right when I got home I lost a chunk of my GEL nail polish because some of it was left on my finger and it caught on something. It is like that on another finger as well. What makes things worse is they were talking to someone across the room in Vietnamese in front of me the entire time. But to me they only gave brief instructions. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI stopped in to have my acrylic nails removed. It was a last minute decision. I had never been here before. They immediately got to work.
