I was very disappointed. I paid for a gel manicure and pedicure. It was over $100. The girl who did my nails did a bad job. When I left the salon I noticed I had bumps, and dings in my nails. She didn’t fully remove the black nail polish I had on prior. And I was doing white for my new color. Also, after less than a week the shellac started chipping off. My manicure didn’t even last a week. I won’t be back.

I went once before when it was Classy Nails and was not impressed, although my husband continued to go for pedicures periodically. The new assistant manager, Kim, contacted me via Yelp due to my review and asked if I would give them a chance. They are running a 20% promotion so my husband I went down today for deluxe pedicures and a regular mani for me. I’m always happy to give a 2nd chance, especially when a small business is really trying.Kim and Rose were the ladies who served us, and both were great. My husband said it’s the best pedicure he’s had in recent memory (he’s a big guy with really tough toenails and gets a lot of calluses). I enjoyed my mani/pedi as well and have nothing to criticize about the experience. I have another person I go to regularly in Tigard (I like the work the one person does; would not recommend the salon in general). The experience here at Wilsonville Nails isn’t enough to make me switch (not yet), but since I can only get in to see the other person by appointment and she gets booked up, I will totally hold Wilsonville Nails as my backup option. The one thing that Wilsonville did better was offering me nail art. This is a hidden gem. The staff is family feel, they are very kind. Classy nails is clean (does not smell like acetone). Anna and staff are detail oriented. Zen feeling, good soft music, plants and light. It’s not over crowded. I have been coming here for a few months now and will continue to come here. I’d recommend coming here instead of the other places around the grocery area and highway.

I have been a client of Classy Nails for sometime now and their service continues to decline. For starters, Afterq making an appointment in person on Friday, May 10th for Monday, the 13th at 11, Anna was a half hour late. Ok. So i waited. Normally I get a pedi and shellac mani but my nails were in such bad condition and my husband and I were leaving the following day for Italy, I decided to put on a set of acrylics. After 3 days, the first nail broke and now a week a 2 days into our trip, i have 4 broken and one chipped. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement.

Wanted to get my nails done before work and saw this place had pretty good reviews so I decided to make the 40 minute-round-trip drive. It says “walk ins welcome” but I just sat and waited 45 minutes to barely be acknowledged and then asked to come back because someone called while I was already there and they decided to make them a priority. Now I won’t have time to get my nails before the holiday unless I can find somewhere open tomorrow. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here.

I did acrylic refill: ana made sure and fixed sides, tops and bottoms. She focused on exactly what I wanted and better. 5pm today. Also, took until 6:17. Classy nails goes above and beyond unlike your Burger King of a nail shop! I will be back for all my nail needs!!!

My mom and I have been coming to this nail salon for years. The girls are wonderful and they do such a quality job on nails, however they recently got a new owner who is awful! She has done my nails twice and they looked horrible. She was careless and honestly my nails looked like they had been painted by a 5 year old! Please if you read these comments classy nails, fire that new owner! She Is so horrible and will hurt your business! Pam was the old owner and was absolutely amazing!
