Not a good day, usually i have an amazing experience,i showed up asking for an specific design and for the usual lady that does my nails, the front lady tells me she’s in vacation so she tells me to show the design to a different lady and she says she’s able to do it, well let’s just say the nails are nice and light but the design is horrible. I told her it wasn’t the same as the picture and she insisted it was nice, i didn’t have time to argue so i paid and as im walking out my usual go to lady arrives,i was so dissapointed. this design i chose it specifically for my wedding day, it was very disappointing to say the least. i don’t see myself going here or recommending it to anyone unless they get more experience and better customer service.

At first I loved going to this nail salon but after 2-3 times the service got worse. The ladies look tired like if they dont want to work on me. The massage chairs are HORRIBLE!!!! they no longer work and they make supper big noise so you get a pedicure with no massage and they dont even put soft music to relax. Lost a customer(s).

Hit and miss. Prices are very affordable which is why I’m back a second time. My first time there, my gel manicure and pedicure experience was alright. Definitely skipped some steps other nail salons do for similar prices. But my nails came out absolutely perfect and beautiful. So I came back for my second time and my gel manicure was terrible. She was in rush, kept clipping me, didn’t remove all of my nail dust off me, then painted over my dust and didn’t paint all the way up to my cuticles. Now my nails hurt and are all clumpy. I shorted on the tip because I had to ask her multiple times to fix my nails. She got someone else’s glitter stuck in my nails and that’s disgusting. Not happy and could’ve paid a teenager to do a better job. It’s quiet in there, the workers don’t speak to you, and she didn’t sanitize well enough before using her tools on me. I’m not coming back and telling my friends not to either.

I used to go here because at first the staff esp Tami are friendly and my nails are done up to my satisfaction. I even recommend this to my friends saying how good their services was. But I notice that everytime I come here, the service is not consistent. They usually give you massage but today I did not get one. And it seems that everytime I come here the quality of service is getting poorer and I observe that they it depends on the customer. Won’t be back here again!

Great service! Pam and the girls always greet you nice and pamper everyone! I recently got a pedicure spa, manicure and eyebrow wax. They offer so much more! In the past I’ve had facials, eyelash extensions and acrylic nails.
