My friend just had the worst experience with CLASSY NAILS in Boyd Tx. She had been going there for at least 7 years and been very happy with them. She understands that it’s hard to get people to work in these times and She tries to be patient. It took her 2 hours to get a pedicure. She went in and was put at a station right away. 2 hours from start to finish. The young lady trying to help her mother was very sweet and did her best. After 2 hours She told the woman in charge, her mother, that she needed to pay and go. She told her to go and not come back. She can’t believe that VEE, the owner, knows this is happening in her shop.
