LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail salon!! I have been going here for at least 5 years and any time I’ve gone somewhere else they dont even compare to the job the ladies do here. They remember me every time, are always kind and personable, and never rush you out of a chair for the next person! I can even bring my 3 year old with me and her nails always come out looking amazing!

I dont usually do this but here goes. My 8 year old daughter and I went in yesterday. Now I know I choose outside of my normal lady because she’s booked out right now. But, my daughter had the best pedicure ever. I loved the choice of the princess package. However, 2 of my daughters nailed chipped lastnight and she sad of course. But, the lady I went to for a full set was a little less steller. They got us in right away and all was going ok, the nail tech was taking her time. Then, her phone kept going off and she kept setting my hand down and checking her phone. Not long after, a group of people walked in and the lady must’ve forgotten what she was doing. She started rushing through my set. She didn’t cure my nails long enough even though I kept telling her I needed longer under the light and that I felt the set was to long. My nails are longer than I’d like, she seemed disinterested in finishing my nails. Not only is my polish already chipping, my nails look like they were done a week ago, she didn’t trust my cuticles, and she did not file down the edges of my nails at all. I spent 45 mins filing down the sides myself trying not to ruin my nails becuase the edges were so sharp, I was scratching my arm just lightly and I was drawing blood on myself. I felt like what I wanted is not what I wanted. The salon was hot, chairs were in the middle of the floor and there was really nowhere to move. I tipped 5$ for each tech. I probally would not go back as I have to go see my regular lady tomorrow to have those fixed and spend more money. And my cuticles are still covered in glue. My eye brows look great though!

Went here on my birthday, no birthday special offered. My nails was 45 for dip and my coffin tip was not coffin shaped but she tried. Unhappy because literally 24 hours later my middle finger nail chipped off and than the rest of the set within 72 hours. Didn’t care to return to have fixed. Went elsewhere. I did like my colors I picked.

I went here the other night and Katie , the one that did my nails , did amazing . The place I went previously that did my acrylics didn’t do a very good job , I asked for a fill & to replace a nail and she ended up taking off 3 nails and fixing it without extra charge . And I accidentally bumped my nail polish when drying and she fixed it without hesitating. After she did a hand she would asked if I liked it and just made sure I was happy with the outcome. Will definitely be coming back !

called to make an appointment for the 930 opening time posted was told they don’t open until 10 so made my appointment. upon arrival at 10am everyone was already with costumers and we were told to wait. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time with out even being acknowledged I finally just left. super disappointed with the service.
