Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHow are these places still in business?? Unfortunately I fell victim to needing a last minute nail appointment. And of course they will take you. You just have to wait for however long because they want your money. This place does not clean their equipment at all!!! I NOW HAVE FUNGUS IN 8 OF 10 OF MY NAILS!!!! At the time, I didn’t know it was fungus.. I thought it was trauma because I dont get my nails done often. Maybe once every few years because it’s so uncomfortable. So when I went to get my nails soaked off, they drilled down on my real nails to try and hide it, and then put some polish on it (“to make them stronger” she said) I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO COME HERE. Today was the 2nd time I went back for a fix after only a few days of the worst no chip mani/pedi. The first time was because she forgot to polish my baby toe and I didn’t notice til I got home. The cuticles were very poorly done as well as the polish. After five days they stared to chip. I returned again today and this time it was corrected and done great by John. He started from scratch. Thank you for correcting the issue. I’ll be scheduling with him going forward.
