Classy Nail should be shut down. They’re rude especially the guy, you can’t say anything to them without someone saying you being picky. All I said was my nail was crooked he started yelling… the nail service is also horrible.. I asked for almond nails and I look like I got my nails done by a preschooler .. If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked in and I was not greeted. I waited a few moments, then I asked the gentleman sitting in the first chair how long was the wait for a pedicure. He told me I was going to have to wait and I said I understood that but how long is the wait. He then got an attitude with me and told me it was a 40 minute wait. Very rude. Not a good first impression at all. Never going back.

I took my grand daughter to this business for two toe nail repairs and a powder dipped fill in. We walked in, no greeting whatsoever! Only 2 techs and they were very unfriendly! We waited 1 hour and a half for her to get in the chair for two toe nails repair. It took him 40 minutes to complete that! At this point, too much time was spent at this place. She did not want to stay any longer for the fill in. I will not be returning to this place!

Critical: Quality, ValueI got my nails RUINED here a week ago. First off customer service was not terrible at all but the guy who did my nails have very little experience. It took him an hour to do a simple fill and color, ridiculous. The polish coat was not smooth at all can see the stroke lines from the polish, the two gems I had placed on the nails fell off effortlessly. If I could give 0 stars I would. It took him an hour to do a simple fill and color, ridiculous. Called in last minute the nail tech told me and my girlfriend to come in and she would take care of us. The customer service and service was wonderful. When we walked in we were greeted by everyone in the location. The location is clean and practicing social distancing. Called in last minute the nail tech told me and my girlfriend to come in and she would take care of us. The customer service and service was wonderful. I’ve been going here for years. It was ran by Carol her mother and brother. I like the couple that runs it now. Just think they should have more than just themselves working. They’re pretty much always busy. I get frustrated when they say no appointments, but when I’m there ppl are constantly saying I have an appointment. I don’t like the long wait so I try to go on days when it’s less traffic. They seem to be pretty clean and I like their work. But there is always room for improvement.

I asked if I could make an appointment and was told to write it in their book. I wrote my name, the time, and the service I was needing. When I arrived for my appointment on Sunday at 1:00 I was ignored once again. Several people walked in after I did and sat down with no acknowledgement. I waited over two hours with an appointment. When the nail tech took me to her station I mentioned that I had a 1:00 appointment. She simply looked at the clock and didn’t say anything. Asked me what I wanted…I said pink and white gel. She says that they don’t have white. Really?!? I had an appointment for that and they didn’t have what I asked for the day before. I was offered a no chip. Which is nothing like pink and white gel nails. I asked her if she could at least do acrylic nails instead. She had me pick from polish that was similar to no chip. I was then charged for 2 different services…a no chip and acrylic. It cost me $45 for something that I didn’t want in the first place. Acrylic nails were $26 on the price menu. Service was horrible and her work was poor. I am a stylist and I know what they’re supposed to look like. Horrible experience. Would not recommend this place. Just had the best pedicure here! My husband and I found a new place to relax and enjoy our time. It’s a very quiet place but well worth the money spent. They use liners for the pedicure tubs! Never had that before felt nice not to worry.

So, I will continue to patronize this business. The technicians are very attentive and they gave me exactly what I wanted instead of what they wanted to do. That’s is rare.
