I absolutely love Classy Nails. They’re my FAV neighborhood Nail Salon. The Salon is beautifully updated, they are very clean & sanitary here. I’ve yet to be disappointed with any of the services I’ve gotten done here. I’ve had 4 nail techs do my nails & my pedicures & they’ve all done a great job, but Christine is my FAV nail tech there. I’m very OCD, I like things done the way I like them done & I like my nails done a certain way & she just gets it. Christine pays close attention to details & she just knows how to do my nails the way that I prefer them & those things mean a lot to me. Everyone is very friendly & I’ve never had a bad experience at Classy Nails, I highly recommend them.

The pedi chairs are great the lady that did my nails was so kind and I really appreciate that she took the time to properly clean/fix my nails and toes. Crystal literally healed me . She was precise and didn’t rush me she made sure things looked even and pretty. I appreciate that she didn’t try to up-Sell me. she asked me if I liked the colors and shape of my nails through the process. She was eager to please. Her attention to detail and patience made me want her to be my beautician forever. I hope the owner values and appreciates her because she’s a gem. I’ll be going back

I am very picky about my nails. I am from the West side and recently moved East. I have been having a heck of a time finding a good nail tech. I tried this place 2 days ago and I’m not really impressed . I love a tech who pays attention to details and my nails must be painted neatly and shaped to perfection, I did not receive either here. The nail tech was very nice and this is why I am rating my experience 2 stars.

LISA at classy nails in chesterfield is by far the BEST nail tech I have ever had, & I have been to quite a lot. She does an amazing pink and white ombré which is so beautiful. Also love this salon! It is by far the cleanest one I’ve ever been to. Will never go to another salon as long as long as their in business. Owners are also very nice and tentative to their products. Keep up the amazing atmosphere!

So about 3 months ago I got my nails done here by the owner. She messed up on a $75 nail set and I asked her to fix it. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful, but she got upset anyway. They guy ended up fixing it for me, doing a better job than she did and she got upset again. I tried to tell her thank you anyway but she didn’t want to talk to me. ♀️. I then came back with my cousin, just as a tag along, and tried to talk about it because I’m a forgiving person but again she ignored me. Today I tried to go in to get an appointment because across the parking lot was busy. The girl at the front desk was about to grab the book and she told her to lie to me and say they were booked even tho the lady standing in front of me had a choice from multiple appointments. I just said okay and walked out. I only came back because I liked the way the guy did my nails. Oh well. Moral of the story is, if you care how your nails look, don’t go here. She will treat you like someone who ran out without paying. If you don’t care, still don’t go here. The people across the parking lot at Orchid Nails do just as good of a job for cheaper. I will just continue to go there. Happy Nailing.
