Classy Nails

Critical: QualityDidn’t do dip manicure properly. It was applied like an acrylic. wanted my nails filed down a small amount and the employee took the nail drill and drilled more than I wanted. They filed down the top so much that it was burning my finger. Multiple nails shaped crooked. Definitely do not recommend!!!Service: Manicure

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHad a toenail that was broken. Asked them to cut it off, apply acrylic fake toe nail. Instead the worker glued my toenail back together and painted it like nothing was ever wrong. The paint job looked like a 5 year old did it. Never once did they ask which kind of pedicure I wanted. I watched the way they “clean” and reuse the same pedicure tools (nail clippers, foot buffers, etc) not a single set was new. All were very worn down and reused. The walls were disgusting and they used a menu to dry the “gel” polish instead of a UV light. Also brought two friends with me. One got a pedicure & the other got a full set. Neither of us received an actual pedicure with callus removal or any foot treatment. They simply put our feet in water, painted my toes, and put lotion on my feet. All around, none of us were happy. Critical: QualityI gave them a picture of what I wanted and not only did they get the color wrong they did the main design wrong and poorly. They also drilled my nails down to where it burned and some of the nails were even crooked…100% do not recommend! It was also supposed to be my birthday nail set Service: Acrylic nails
