DO NOT GO HERE IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD WORST NAIL SALON IN THE AREA . I was skeptical when I first went in and seen no business. They have bad customer service every one has bad energy felt when I first walked. The owner told me on one price before I got the service then told me a different price at the end of the service and got very defensive and caught an attitude when I asked why she changed the price and she claims she didn’t because I would have never sat down if she would told me the price that she did at the end of the service when originally that was not the price. So again do not go ! Go right up the street to ABC NAILS LEE and his workers have excellent customer service and won’t lie to you about a price and if he’s feeling good he’ll even discount you on a good day . Do not go to classy nails go to ABC NAILS they are amazing ! The manager and the lady who serviced me at classy nails are very rude and they all have bad energy. Oh and salon looks a mess and very unsanitary I would not recommend this place at all! Btw I asked for take off not soak off and there is still acrylic left on my nails what a horrible job now I still have to go to another nails shop to get the job finished that they did so poorly. & now I see why they don’t have any business!

I moved to the south side of town and I still drive to castleton to come here . This is my only go to nail shop. It’s very well ran . I’ve never had to wait to be served , the service I receive is always quality, and just the overall customer experience is pleasant. Manicure, Pedicure

I went here for the first time and was one of the first customers in the morning. They only had 2 ppl working that morning (on a Saturday) and the woman who did my set started rushing. I understand that the line started growing but that isn’t on me.. and after paying $75 for a set I expected nothing less than beautiful but I had to go to another salon 2 days later and get them redone for another $65 because my shaping was horrible and the polish was literally all over my fingers … I’m sure they are very good but maybe they need more ppl working on the busier days.. won’t be back for that reason alone unfortunately
