I went through the whole process of booking an appointment (even though all their signage says “walk-ins welcome”) and when I arrived for my appointment they didn’t have it on their books. Th booking process asked for my phone number and instead of texting me to confirm thru sent me a Facebook message. But iI don’t use social media so I never received their message. When I explained that they kept saying the did message me and that I didn’t respond. So I asked why try even ask for phone numbers during the online booking if they aren’t going to use them and their response was they don’t understand how all the technology works. I got so frustrated I just left. I’m a teacher and have very little time to do things like get my nails done so when I do make the time it’s special and always a way of treating myself. This absolutely ruined my afternoon. Will never go here again. They’re rude and won’t work with you.

They took me before closing to get a pedicure. Was suspect about the cash and ATM at first. When I called they never mentioned cash only. They did a good job with my pedicure.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was our 2nd time there so…a total of 4 different technicians we’ve seen. 3 pedicures all poorly done, left with rough spots on our feet. 1 dip manicure, only 2 layers of dip, left with bumpy nails and one cracked the next day and 2 cracked 2 days afterwards. They were not very friendly and we felt as if our business was an inconvenience to them. Definitely not returning. I also seen their sanitizer jars were all nearly empty or missing at each station. I am used to seeing all tools used coming out of a sealed bag…not the case here. I went in seeking a fill-in and repair. I’ve gone here once before, paid with my card and got decent service. With my regular place being closed today, I decided this would be a good place for a quick fix. However, the woman, not friendly whatsoever, came to me and asked what I wanted. When I told her a fill in and repair, she said she had to tell me a price first.

I have been to many nail shops in Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Hawaii and I have to admit this is the best place I have ever been to! They are all super nice! They take time and do a great job! They know what colors will coordinate together to make your nails look great! They will let you know if certain colors or designs or shapes of the nails with certain lengths will look good or not. I’ve been going for about 4 months now and I felt the need to post a review! Maria was absolutely amazing! She brought me out of my comfort zone and I love my nails! They give the nest pedicures as well! I recommend this place to anyone!

The people are so friendly I’ve been going there for over 10 yrs. I won’t let anyone else do my nails! And They changed their real names to English names so we could pronounce them. Most unprofessional and rude manager EVER. I read the reviews but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt…WRONG!! I didn’t get her name however she sits at the first station on the right. From the moment I walked in she was rude however I overlooked it because I had been there before months ago (Johnny did great work) and figured she was having bad day. I waited over 30 mins for my turn then she called me. I tried to make small talk to lighten the mood by asking her recommendation between the colors I had selected however she got upset. I asked if she was okay, she pushed back from the station pointed to the door and replied do you want nails done or not or leave. I was taken back her comment so I asked for the manager. To my surprise she stated that she was the manager. I asked the other employees and they all said yes. I told her that she was rude and that her attitude SUCKED then left. Apparently she was having more than a bad day and needs lessons in customer service. Do not waste you time and money at this place as long as she is there and the manager.
