The people that work at classy nails are really nice, but they rushed. Felt like they just wanted to get myself and a friend in and out as fast as possible! The French work is great, but I asked to keep them kinda long and add tips to the nails that were shorter… I was just told yes.

For one I had an appointment at 5 and there was a lady waiting there before me and the other older lady and they took the old lady before both of us. They didn’t even put top coat over all the nails it’s splotchy and they are very uneven. Definitely won’t be going back don’t recommend Acrylic nails

They do good work but they have no concept of what customer service really is. I came in here with my daughter and her girlfriend to get all of our nails done. My daughter and I are finished and yet they haven’t even started on Raegan. They are taking everyone else that walks in the door first. When I ask why they say oh we’ll take care of it. Like I have no life or nowhere else to be.

Nails had thread in it. Nail polish was done incorrectly. You could see how many times she used the nail polish brush to stroke over my nails because it had two different layers of mail polish but they didn’t meet together. It was very sloppy work. I paid $20 to get my Nails removed and nail polish put on but it look like a 2 year old did it. And not someone professional. I told the owner I could fix it myself since they were busy. N she said it was normal because I just had my dip nails removed and she wouldn’t fix it nor let me fix it.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to Classy Nails for over 17 years and the owner Don did my nails for all those years. I decided to take a break from getting my nails done because of the job I was going. So a couple of weeks ago I came back in to get a full set of nails and I always get the same air brush design I always request Don because he knows my nails they he was not there. So the lady who did my nails did not know how to do the airbrush so Don’s wife Lynn did the airbrush on my nails so today when I came in for my fill in and I want it airbrush I requested Lynn because Don’s not here and she put me in someone else’s chair who kept wanting to give me a French manicure and I did not want a French manicure I wanted the airbrush design lien refuse to do it and said and the lady knew how to do it but she didn’t so I got my fill in with no design no color no nothing I would never I would never returned them because they don’t believe in customer’s satisfaction.Services: Acrylic nails, Nail artI have been going to Classy Nails for over 17 years and the owner Don did my nails for all those years.
