Classy Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityPoor service….. not professional at all! I waited almost an hour for eyebrows and lashes, which I never received!! While waiting I was asked if interested in any nail services. After receiving quote of exactly what I wanted ($35), I accepted service! Still waiting in line for lashes & brows! After completion of nail services, I sat for additional 45 mins while lash tech ignored me taking 3 additional walkins! I politely asked the nail tech to allow me to pay and leave….. she then PRICE GOUGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $15 from quoted price!!It’s safe to say I left paying listed menu prices and a nice detailed review!! Poor service….. not professional at all! I waited almost an hour for eyebrows and lashes, which I never received!! While waiting I was asked if interested in any nail services. Nail tech was rough and indifferent towards me. At payment time they wanted to charge my daughter the adult price because she was “tall”. My daughter is in the 95th percentile of height compared to children her age and should not be discriminated against because of that. Pedicure was performed with a tool that was not disinfected, a brief massage was not performed and lotion was not applied at end of service. Nail tech was rough and indifferent towards me.
