We’re nice but don’t like their work . It doesn’t matter what time of day you go in they just don’t take their time or do a good job . Just not a fan of their work . I expect a better job than I get . Now I have to go else where pay more to get them fixed . I should of known better than to go here every time I’ve been to tida nails I’ve gotten a bad job . Not even 1 bad jobs but two . Granted one was better than the other . Would of gotten 15 dollar tip if there would of been a good job done on one job and 5 on the other but I’ll spend my 15 else where to have to get them fixed . Not happy at all. Also had to come home clean out debris from under nails .

Prices are decent , and loved my nails. I would give five stars , the only issue is the lady was rushing she cut me with the scissors. I’m not a person who makes a big deal about things. It was a small cut so I let it go. I would just suggest they get more people working and need to take their time with each client. Also need more choices of nail polish colors!

It was the first time getting my nails done in what seems like forever and I was the only customer in the salon at the time. The lady was okay – not overly friendly but also not very rude. I had my 4 yr old with me which actually didn’t pose much of an issue & which led me here in the first place because they weren’t busy… Now I see why… When I left my nails did not look the greatest and I will not be going back to them. I will just take my money and my business elsewhere because if I’m the only one in the salon and you still can’t get my nails done right then I’ll take my money somewhere else. She even got up in the middle of doing it to answer her cell phone.

If your thinking abt going here even thoughtall these bad comments dont! If you like your money and dont wanna just waste it go somewhere else. Dont even see how they are in business still. The lady messed up my acrylic nails because she was not paying attention or they just do not know how to do their job. They looked horrible when they were first done and i asked the lady to fix them. She had a attitude and did it as quick as she can. My acrylic was not even touching on my whole nail it looked bad. When they started falling off, 4 DAYS later. I went back up there. “I got them done for my birthday which would have been the next day.” I wanted her to redo them bc they all looked like fake nails from walmart and 3 were falling off. The lady told me if i would have came the day before she would have fixed them or refunded me. Honestly do not see how you can have a buisness and make people pay for that kind of work.

I never write online reviews, but my experience was so bad, I feel the need to give others the “heads up”. I went in yesterday afternoon for a french pedicure to pamper myself for my upcoming wedding day. A few minutes after I was seated in the chair, at least 9 or 10 more customers came in to get their nails done. With only two employees working, the woman who was doing my pedicure felt very rushed. She cut one of my nails noticeably wrong, didn’t cut away any dead skin, left out a lot of white polish, left globs of the pink polish, and bled the pink polish over onto the white polish. One woman said that I should ask to have her re-do the whole thing, but I was just ready to get out of there. I will take my business elsewhere since they are more concerned with making money over the quality of their service to their customers.

I will NEVER go back here again…The service was aweful! And I had a fill in and 2 nails replaced that had broken with gel polish ad well. Was charged $40 for all of it which is ridiculous! And not to mention the two nails that were fixed are short little stubs and look so bad I had to go elsewhere to have the entire set replaced! I called and requested a refund due to the aweful job they did and they refused to give me a refund!! I will never go back there again!!!

Take your time and money elsewhere, this place has horrible service. I was left with a couple finger cuts she was very aggressive, not once did she apologize. She also charged me 20$ more on top of the average full set price for getting longer nails which had never happened before.
