Critical: ProfessionalismI tried to make an appointment but the women I usually use is unavailable. I called back to try and reschedule with someone else and I asked if they can recommend anyone that can give a good massage in place of the women I usually use. The women who claims to be the owner was extremely rude in her response . Not professional at all, and when I called back to get her name she refused and said she was the Owner and hung up on me. That truly surprised me as the Owner you would think she would be more professional in her response. I Have Never Left a Negative Response to Anyone but I felt this was warranted. I tried to make an appointment but the women I usually use is unavailable. I called back to try and reschedule with someone else and I asked if they can recommend anyone that can give a good massage in place of the women I usually use. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had a pedicure and he did a wonderful job. He wasn’t in a hurry which was a nice feeling. Loved the leg massage! I like that if you pop in to see if they have time to do something and they don’t they tell you and don’t make you sit there for 30 minutes or more. I made an appointment and was pleased that they kept it. Some places keep you waiting and when you do make an appointment it’s ignored. I had a pedicure and he did a wonderful job. He wasn’t in a hurry which was a nice feeling. Loved the leg massage! I like that if you pop in to see if they have time to do something and they don’t they tell you and don’t make you sit there for 30 minutes or more. I made an appointment and was pleased that they kept it. Some places keep you waiting and when you do make an appointment it’s ignored. I will definitely be back!

The staff was great and the place seemed clean. However, I did get 4 infected toes from the pedicure and it has been very painful since. This was my first pedicure since I gave birth months ago so I know it came from this location. I would say just to make sure you know the instruments are clean before they use them on you. I don’t normally leave reviews however, I would like others to be aware. I went here for the first time a few weeks ago for a manicure and a pedicure. The staff was great and the place seemed clean. However, I did get 4 infected toes from the pedicure and it has been very painful since. This was my first pedicure since I gave birth months ago so I know it came from this location.
