Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityDO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! I walked in at 1:25 and they asked me what I want Mani Pedi so instead of saying it will be a wait they had me sit in the chair put my feet in the water . At 2 :45 i am still sitting in that cold water with none of them checking to see if I was OK with waiting that long. I understand when you take walk-in sometimes you have to wait a little longer ,but the fact the they don’t even acknowledge that I was sitting there that long is the problem. these place act as if they doing use a favor when we are paying for a services which is not cheap in any sense of the word . do not recommend classy nails !!!!!!! they need to change their name to trashy!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! Went to Lisa to get my nails done to day NOT happy at all. Had to get the acrylic removed before she could do the powder. So instead of soaking my fingers to get it off she decided to pop them off so in the process of doing that she ripped one nail where it’s bleeding my nails are all tore up and I had to leave because she didn’t wanna finish the job because I asked questions I wouldn’t go there ever again

I went to get a pedicure. I waited an hour before I was seated in a pedicure chair and then I waited another hour with my feet in the basin- that turned cold from the wait. The lady that began to do my pedicure was rude and left me to do designs on someone else’s hands for “5 minutes “. Fortunately she did not return. I ended up with an older woman who pleasant and did a nice job. My daughter got a full set of nails. They were shaped nice however the man that did her nails messed up the polish on 2 of them and did a not-so-good job fixing them. I went back in to tell them about her nails. The man never made eye contact and pointed my daughter to the woman who originally helped me. I was polite so I found this behavior to be unwarranted and unprofessional. The man said something to her in Chinese and she looked at me and laughed. I felt totally disrespected and that my business was taken for granted. I would give them 0 stars however that is not an option. Good luck.

Never again. I ventured off from my regular nail salon due to prices but you definitely get what u paid for here.. My nail tech was clueless on how to do a proper mani/pedi. My polish came off n less den 3 days.. Not what I’m used to. Needless to say. I returned to my normal salon

Bad customer service, poor communication, says one price then when your finished it’s a higher price. Tell u pay before completing service. I’d never go there again! Nails were OK but not amazingly awesome 35 for really short overlay on my natural nail. Ripoff!!! Then she couldn’t even talk and work kept stopping or playing with her dsughter SMDh….

As long as Lisa owns the shop I will be a customer forever. I got my nails done by a technician at her shop, When I got home and really looked at my nails, I wasn’t happy at all,So I called the shop the next day and was told to come in, Lisa took one look at my nails and agreed, They were horrible,this wasn’t a new technician. But Kevin to the rescue, He redid all my nails so happy!! 09/2016 Up date, All I can say is that I am not as happy as I used to be, I’ve had improvement ,The technician wasn’t even there, ok I’ll try again, I make an appointment and I still don’t get to be service at my appointment time. I’m not happy with their work.

This place is terrible. A young man did my overlay refill and did a horrible job. The following day I went back explained that the acrylic was on my cuticle, the shape was wrong and the nails were too thin to no avail. Any disputes you have regarding service everyone seems not to understand what you are trying to convey or see the obvious! With frustration I left and behold the nails began breaking on the nail bed which was extremely painful! Do not spend your money here, you won’t be satisfied.

This was my first time getting a pedicure at Classy Nails. I requested a pedicure and two designs. I akedcfirba deluxevpedicure but the technician gave a fair-rated standard pedicure. After my pedicure, I was placed at the dryer station. After sitting there for about 30 minutes, I asked the manager when I would be able to get my designs. She stated that my technician could not do designs, but she would do them after she did her client’s fill-ins which would take about 30 to 40 additional minutes. I said no and asked to pay for my pedicure and left. The manager never told me up front that she was the only one wo could do designs that day. Poor communication and customer service at this salon.
