Very detailed, yet very rough. She didn’t use cuticle oil and nipped me twice while cutting my cuticles, causing me to bleed for the next two hours. Customer service was decent, but I’d rather not be assaulted. Pls take care next time. We come here to relax, not be anxious. Gel manicures

This is a very good nail salon. It’s cleanly, reasonably priced, and even when it’s very busy, I’m seen quickly. My nail tech, Van, is very gentle, friendly, and does a lovely job.

I had no idea how many steps they’re missing in nail dipping. They would pull my nail off with a nail clipper and dig and pull them off and it hurt and I went to a real nail salon and they don’t do that and I realised how many steps classy nails is missing they take shortcuts I am very disappointed in them and how I wasted money there. my nails would break within a week not just break they were brittle and they cracked after the first week I went to a real nail salon and I realise What they were doing wrong and didn’t do . They ruined my nails by Ripping the dip off I’m not kidding when I say they ripped them off. Do not go here . I am very happy where I go now M-VE very gentle and they do not skip steps they do it right . My nails are getting better since going to M- VE

i went in with a beautiful set of acrylics i had gotten done with my regular nail lady at another salon for prom. when i sat down in the chair the lady working on my nails said they weren’t good and ripped all of the acrylics off with nail clippers. she payed no attention to the bruise that was under my fingernail and just ripped the acrylics off anyway. when she was shaping my nails she shaped them square when i had previously had coffin and said i wanted them the same. the color was also nothing like the color i had picked out. lastly she did not tell me my total and just swiped my card and handed me the receipt to sign. overall this is probably my worst nail experience i’ve had and would not recommend anyone goes here.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would not suggest going here at all unless you’re trying to pay for things you did not even get , I got a Fill and one solid color with a diamond on two fingers and mind you a fill is 30 bucks plus $3 dollars for each finger with the stickers and not only did they put my top coat on before they put my diamond stickers on so they literally fell off the next day but they charged me a total of 60 dollars!!! And still excepted a tip ! They have mediocre service and they have no respect for their customers, Id highly recommend going to Best Nails on walnut bottom, great quality and they charge for what you actually got instead of coming up with random prices and scamming extra money out of you. ‼️‼️I would not suggest going here at all unless you’re trying to pay for things you did not even get , I got a Fill and one solid color with a diamond on two fingers and mind you a fill is 30 bucks plus $3 dollars for each finger with the …More

I don’t get manicures often but was going on a special trip and decided to get one. I went for the powder dip. Was great and lasted me nicely through my 2 week trip. Returned and went in to have it removed and decided to get one more- to treat myself. They removed the finish with the foil treatment and some light use of a dremmel. When that finish wore off, I decided to go back in to have the finish professionally removed and not get another manicure. The woman acted very peeved that I was only asking for removal and not another manicure. She dremmeled my nails like crazy and sent me out the door with deep scratches on my nails- roughed up appearance over the entire nail surface. Some of my nails were so weak and thin they hurt when you pressed on them. This was three months ago. My nails broke and tore for many weeks as they grew out past the damage. I was most certainly punished for not getting a new finish put on that day.

More like unclassy! Even with an appointment and only 1 other customer there, the technician rushed through my pedicure faster than the 20 minute timer on the massage chair. Manicure was worse – no lotion or cuticle oil, cut my cuticles to bits, and was very sloppy with the polish. They don’t have you pay before polishing, so you risk messing it up when you do pay. UV light burned out on dryer and no quick dry oil. These are all elements of equal-priced services at other salons. Will not return.

Called ahead to make sure they had time, but when I arrived, there was only one person available to help both my sister and myself. Poor quality of work on my mani and had to refile the ragged edges off my nails when I got home. They used an electric file to take off my old gel nails and took too much; my nails have never been this thin and weak before. Definitely will not be back.
