if I could give this place a zero I would. The owner here is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to her clients. My friend went in there and got her nails done and they came out absolutely atrocious. It was the worst that I have ever seen and not only was it not a full set but it was a refill and they charge her $65. how was a refill $65? And the color was extremely blotchy and it was not well done. My friend doesn’t like confrontation, but she still called and told them that her nails are messed up and looked absolutely awful and asked for a Refund and after 20 minutes the owner finally agreed. she told her to come in, and as soon as we got there, she pretended, as if she’s never had that conversation with us, and she never told us that she was going to refund us. She told us we were liars and that she never said that. On top of that she didn’t even take us a side. She was screaming and being disrespectful towards us in front of her other customers. this place is completely unsanitary and doesn’t know what they’re doing. spend your money elsewhere

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. To begin, their customer service is horrible, the do not sanitize their chairs or tables after customers, and their work is horrible. While doing my nails, I explained that my nails need to be fixed, the nail tech disregarded my concern and decided to do her own thing. I am not a complainer, so I left it alone. When she finally finished, I did not know if I wanted to scream or cry. Instead I explained I was not happy with the service, and requested them to just soak off the nails… the refused to soak of the nails or give me a full refund. Now I have to spend more money to go somewhere else and take these hideous nails off.

So I went here one day before work and the person who opened this establishment on this day did my nails. I asked for a hombre set. Unfortunately that person didn’t really do a good job so before I left this establishment I informed the tech that I will be back the next day as there were multiple issues with this hombre fullest I asked for and I needed her to fix them. She was willing to fix them and didn’t fuss… There were uneven laydowns of the acrylic and it looked like a bad French tip with the white too low on the nail bed and not enough blending. I gave them a second shot to fix them the next day…. Once again the same lady attended me. She did not do a good job so I won’t be going there again…. EVER…. But Nail 3000 on Springfield ave in Irvington is good. I went to #3 which is Cindy… Just be very clear what u need when going in. I won’t be adding photos to this review because I already redid the set. I’ll add pix to the next review.

My nails came out horrible and this place was disgusting and unsanitary! They did not want to fix my nails at first or do a refund . I called I called to tell them how badly they were done and it just looked like they didn’t know what they were doing so I wanted a refund when I called. I spoke to the owner for over 20 minutes asking for a refund, and she finally agreed and she told me to come in when I came into the store. She acted as if we never had the conversation just 10 minutes ago and refused to give me the refund. She started yelling and screaming at me and being disrespectful. She said that I’m not gonna give you a refund and I never said that.

This place is absolutely awful. The owner clearly doesn’t know how to run a business and doesn’t know how to do customer service. My friend went in there and got her nails done, and they look absolutely atrocious after speaking to her on the phone for 20 minutes she agreed to do a refund when she went in store she refused the refund and then started yelling, and that she would cut down the nails, telling us that she never said that, and we never spoke to her even though we have proof that we spoke to her and we recorded the whole entire transaction

I went in with my friend this morning and they did not put the effort and time we deserved. My friends nails were poorly shaped, had patchy nail color, and overall did not get what she was looking for. When we brought this to the salons attention later on that day(my friend doesn’t like confrontation, so we called when we left the salon) they had terrible customer service and we had asked for a refund for my friends badly done nails after 20 minutes on the phone they finally agreed and when we showed up to receive the refund the owner who we spoke to said, she never said that and try to pretend as if we never had a conversation with her. She got loud and started screaming and being disrespectful towards my friend and I. Very disrespectful.

My friend got her nails done here and they were absolutely awful. We called to speak about her nails and all they said was that they can fix them but clearly they don’t know what they’re doing. Not to mention this place is completely unsanitary, and none of them are licensed. I have a friend that works for the Board of Codsmology and they told me that there has to be a cosmetology license for each and every nail tech displayed and there wasn’t so not only do they do awful nails, but they’re not licensed to be doing nails. Very dirty place and the owner who we spoke to was awful and disrespectful. She agreed to give us a refund and we went all the way there, and when we came, she acted as if she never spoke to us and told us that she never said that.

Unprofessional & rude. I paid for a full set for my nails, at the end of the day I was the last customer in. This lady had a attitude then tried to charge me $10 extra to cut my cuticles after doing 1 nail then I asked her about the rest. If I would of known to cut down cuticles is extra & not included in the service I would of never even got my nails done here. Smh but never again. Overall my nails are sloppy.
