A friend recommended this place, so I decided to get my bridal nails done here, and I am very happy! I gave the technician a picture and she knew just what to do. It’s a very clean gel manicure and I am pleased. I made an appointment for 6pm and we were walking to our car around 830, so be prepared for it to take a while, they are a busy shop! Luckily, there are coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby – my mom got bored and went to find a beer.

Great service. As a South African in the bay I struggle a bit with hearing the Asian accent. Although they do try to accommodate me and get someone to translate the words that I don’t understand. ATM on site if you don’t have cash in you. Great place to go. Don’t need appointment but it does make it easier to go there. Haven’t been to a different nail place since I’ve been in the bay.

2 hours for a fill. They kept starting and stopping my nails. Equipment didn’t work right. I was yelled at because I wanted my nails cut down first. No reason to buff something that will be cut off but instead of doing what I asked, the tech yelled at me, that she will cut them when she’s ready.

So this was interesting. We asked for two manicures and two pedicures. They said yes and immediately put us in chairs. They started out feet soaking in hot water which was great. Unfortunately they did my friends entire pedicure before touching me. They started with my manicure and all along my feet were in cold water. By time they did my feet the water was freezing. The girl didn’t notice until almost done and offered me hot water but I said no since it was almost done. Our manicures turned out good…my heels could have used a little more work. Fast forward we go to a restaurant down the street for lunch. I spilled the cold water on my friend hands and her nails changed color. They gave her MOOD polish! I think she should have been warned that the color she picked was mood polish. When the two colors changed they didn’t match each other. We still had a good time. The massage chair was great for relaxing. (Her nails by the way are suppose to be the green color)
