I bought several hundred dollars of gift certificate Xmas 2021. The girl who does my nail was upset I used these certificate to pay, how dare I prepaid hundreds of dollars and actually used them attitude. She did a bad job on my nails, change my appointment last minute, charged me extra $ with no legitimate reason, made rude comments to me.

Love ,love this shop. The building itself looks pretty comment but when you walk inside you speak impeccable skill as far as what they can do with your nails your toes anything you want done they know how to do but a whole lot better than you’ve ever had before. I cannot begin to say enough about this nail salon. You have a problem they’ll fix it they do all types of things with your nails is fantastic I’ve been getting nails for years this was just a diamond in the Ruff and trust me I will not be going back to any other salon. If you care what your nails look like the quality you’ll love it please go in try them out one time and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Bye-bye

This is an amazing nail salon! I got a gel pedicure last time and they did a great job! The nail tech was super nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They are being safe during this time and everyone was wearing masks. I highly recommend coming to this place if you need to get your nails or toes done!

Service was good but my nail technician didn’t inform me of additional charges until it was time to pay. I expected to be charged extra because of the gel polish as all locations do this. However, I did not know I was getting charged extra for getting an almond shape OR for getting French tip OR for getting 5 different colors. No other locations have ever charged me extra for getting a French tip before or for getting an almond shape. I’m a little disappointed. My feelings would be different had I been informed of these additional charges…but I wasn’t until it was time to pay.
