I went to this place for years when it was actually great and used to be Lana’s salon. After making an appt for today with Oksana—I was replying to her text couple days ago asking for specific pricing on (style and cut) not just a haircut as she was quoting- she read my text and would not answer. That was the first clue she’s not professional. Today the day of my cut she sends me the typical I’m not feeling well today and need to cancel your appt. The professional thing to do is contact the client the evening before. It just is obvious she’s a flake and unprofessional. Cheap haircuts equals cheap service like this.
