I asked beforehand if they knew how to cut curly hair and they said “yes”, but that was a lie— they cut the hair wet, and when curly hair is wet and brushed it looks longer. They cut way shorter than what my brother wanted because they didn’t take into account that his hair when dry would shrink up. My brother left completely shattered all because they lied and don’t know how to cut curly hair. I’d advise you to seek another place if you too have curly hair, they have no idea what they are doing. You are not losing business if you say “no” to curly-headed customers just learn how to or please let your customers know.

I wasn’t Informed about their price change and after giving my phone number to look up my account they took a long time to give my total which was a lot more than previous visits – MORE IMPORTANTLY no detailed receipt and no credit card receipt was offered which is a deal breaker for me. A customer should NEVER have to ask for a receipt. I’d rather pay more and get better service.

Did not enjoy my hair cut. I told Tina I wanted my hair at a certain length and she did it longer so I asked for it to be cut shorter and she told me it would look puffy and I wouldn’t like it. She was nice but I was so unhappy with my hair I had to travel to south center mall to get it fixed.
