I go to James for dip powder and not once has he ever been rude to me or any other customer and he always does my nails exactly the way I like! His wife Ava did my nails for the first time yesterday, and she got me in and out and they look so good! I absolutely love Classique nails! I go to James for dip powder and not once has he ever been rude to me or any other customer and he always does my nails exactly the way I like! His wife Ava did my nails for the first time yesterday, and she got me in and out and they look so good! I highly recommend this salon if you want quality work.

Critical: ValueI got my nails done 9 days ago and one of my nails broke after the day I got them done, I went to get it fixed, my gel coat lifted and peeled off of a couple of my nails, 1 other nail chipped easily off after 6 days of getting them done. I got my nails done 9 days ago and one of my nails broke after the day I got them done, I went to get it fixed, my gel coat lifted and peeled off of a couple of my nails, 1 other nail chipped easily off after 6 days of getting them done. I have been going to Classique on and off for several years and they never disappoint. I am very hard on my nails and have recently tried the new gel tapping nails and have been very impressed with the strength and quality Pedicure, Dip powder, Acrylic nails

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI have given this place a try twice, and each time I have been let down. If you are fairly new to getting your nails done professionally, do NOT come here. The staff members I’ve encountered are very rude and unwelcoming. They make you feel stupid just because you don’t know immediately where you are supposed to go, or what you are supposed to do. Today my tech rushed, made me bleed on more than one finger, left polish residue all over my toes and hands, and snapped at me when I didn’t understand her instructions. It was clear she had no interest in seeing me at all. They reuse files and other tools on multiple clients without sanitation, and even use those same files on themselves during services. Terrible sanitary practices and terrible customer service. I left feeling much worse than when I came in. The staff members I’ve encountered are very rude and unwelcoming. They make you feel stupid just because you don’t know immediately where you are supposed to go, or what you are supposed to do.
