Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called at 3:45PM to see if they took walk ins and explained that I had a misshap haircut and needed to fix it. I explained that I didn’t need it to be styled but I wanted it cut to the length of the shortest strands, which was about shoulder length. I arrived a few minutes to 4 and was taken to the salon chair and asked to take my hair out of the bun it was in. I still had the ponytail line in my hair and waves from the bun. No consultation. She just started hacking at my messy dry hair. She “sectioned” my hair to some extent but honestly she was just grabbing at it and combing it and cutting. At one point she had half of mr hair pulled to one side just chopping at it. One of the other stylists near by kept looking over and seemed concerned as she cut it. I had mentioned on the phone and in person that i wanted it cut short but to be honest when got it all out of my face and said “see it looks better right?” I just said I guess it looks fine i had planned to cut it short and she said oh no thats too short, I really didn’t want her to keep touching my hair so I just got up and paid. I only spent 10 minutes in there, I paid 27 for the service and the card fee and I still tipped her because she wasn’t rude, I just think she maybe is out of practice or something but I have a lopsided haircut now. I called at 3:45PM to see if they took walk ins and explained that I had a misshap haircut and needed to fix it. I explained that I didn’t need it to be styled but I wanted it cut to the length of the shortest strands, which was about shoulder length. The man rudely responded: “Well, this is a spa.” I hesitated because of his tone and response but still was pleasant with the rude man.1) He needs to know that not all places offer the same services…2) I then asked about their nails services and he told me they couldn’t do that yet because of covid. Umm… do you not realize the irony? Why the rude response when you don’t offer full services right now? The man was not wanting to help at all.I then asked about a haircut and he said he was booked for awhile. He did not bother to see if anyone else was available and did not even offer to say how far out ‘awhile’ meant. I had to ask him about how long that was.I was unfortunate enough to be there when another person walked in that does haircuts. I made an appointment with her for 4:30 and was told that I would get a call to come back in. I never got a call. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time before calling because I know covid regulations makes salons sanitize between customers and I didn’t want to bug them if they were busy. It was around 5 that I called and left a message. I knew my appointment was at 4:30, so I was already in the area and had been for the past hour. Instead of waiting for a call back, I drove by the store to find it empty! I couldn’t believe my eyes so I tried to go up to the door and open it. Sure enough they had closed early and didn’t bother to even call me.This place is very unprofessional and the good reviews are misleading…I walked in and was asked how they could help me. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady that helped me was nice enough but they were completely rude to my boyfriend, were more expensive for a wax than threading, and the lady did a terrible job. She didn’t even tpuch the top of my brows. And left littlw hairs all over the place on my brows and she didnt trim them.
