I did not have a mask and because of this I could not be in her salon. Pretty hypocritical to me I think. If you are going to require your clients to wear a mask you should also wear one. I’ve visited 2 times where she was absent and came about 10-15 late. The hours on Saturdays are 10-7, I came at 950 and at 10 she was not there, it caused a dispute between another customer who was waiting and I. She showed up at 1020….. I was there first so I handled it well but the dispute wouldn’t have occurred is the owner was present and on time. This past Friday I went at 620pm and the closing hour for Friday is 7. She was no where to be seen. UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and DISTASTEFUL. Absolutely incredible. Would recommend to everyone! This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded, and it was a wonderful experience. I came in a half hour after opening, so I was the only one there. Rose, an Iranian eyebrow goddess, came and took care of me. She was so sweet and nice, she reassured me. She even gave me some tips for filling in eyebrows. If you’re a veteran threader or a newcomer like me, I would recommend this place for its warmth and friendliness and exceptional skill.

I have been getting my eyebrows done with Salma for almost a year, and I am very happy. She does a great job with my eyebrows and I highly recommend her. I did have my eyebrow once with another lady that worked there and was very disappointed.

Do not let just anyone do your eyebrows! I came in today for a cleaning and the lady there was new but claimed that she had six years of experience. My gut told me to leave, but I stayed. I asked a simple cleaning and to keep my eyebrows thick, in the end, they were thin to the point that before telling me to look she offered to tint them for free (I declined). By then I knew that she messed them up I got up to look at my eyebrows and was horrified I paid then left. The lady was very kind; however, she doesn’t know how to thread eyebrows.

I am sadly disappointed, my sister went to have her eyelashes done with Rose. She sent me a picture, they were awful. She sent me pictures of what she tried to taking off within an hour of leaving the shop. I live in a small town on the AZ/NV border, my experience here was awesome. Her son’s wedding in a week from Saturday., it was a horrible experience for her. They were done by Rose. I am trying to help her and find a place she can have them done PROFESSIONALLY. We plan to make complaints to the cosmetology board as well ad the better business bureau. We though this was a reputable, professionally salon that would be able to do an awesome job. They looked like she went to Walgreens bought false eyelashes and glued them on herself. Then after several calls, you get a mailbox that is full and cannot take calls or messages. What a disaster for her.

Great threading for a great price! I’ve been going to Rose for a couple years to get my eyebrows threaded because she’s always done a really nice job and the service is only $10 (add a few dollars if you want upper lip). Other salons wanted $20+ for a service that takes very little time and they don’t do as nice of a job. I originally used the Groupon and it was a great deal, but it’s limited to “New customers” who have not been there in at least 18 months. I read a review where someone was upset because they got a dirty look for always using Groupon every time they come in… I would probably have given them one too. Groupon takes sometimes more than half of the cost, so she’s probably making $2-$3 (and that person maybe leaves a dollar tip)… It’s a little insulting. It’s a tool to get new clients in the door. If you like the service, you go back and pay for it. Her threading is already very reasonable.
