I took my sister to get her eyebrows done on Tuesday afternoon. There was an older lady who was very rough, even left little blood marks on my sister and my eyebrows were left very thin (which never happens) after I told her to leave them thick. I walked in today thinking Zainab would be there, but she was not. I did not recognize the lady but thought it would be alright. After sitting down I realized it was the same lady that I do not like her services. I was literally in the chair for one minute after asking for eyebrows, lip and chin. I had to ask her to do the sides of my eyebrows and she did not touch that area and did not get all the hairs from any of the spots, as she randomly picked areas to thread (and this cost me $23). Zainab is definitely the BEST there and I will walk out from now on if she is not working. If I was rating Zainab, it would be a 5 STAR for sure!
