My hair cut is perfect, always to my liking. Courteous staff, clean environment. My biggest grouse is the fact that you must make an appointment, however, most times my barber has a previous client in the chair(more than likely a walk-in) and I have to sit and wait 20-30 mins pass my appointment time…a grace period of 5-7 minutes should be implemented or cease the appointment structure.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve gotten my hair cut there before and it’s usually a decent job. I tried to set an appointment on the 26th to get a haircut for the 31st at 9a and it was rejected just today, with no reason as to why. I’m wanting to start the year clean and have had a hard time getting a hair cut due to working 9+ hour shifts.
