Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe owner was decent, calm and cut the hair exactly as asked, but our experience with her employee wasn’t professional. She was rude to my child, was not listening to what was asked. We asked for a minute to decide on what we wanted to be done. She kept rushing us. When it was decided, she didn’t provide the service agreed upon. Disagreeable and argumentative. When I saw the difference in how both employees approached us, I should have just asked for both to be serviced by the owner, but I really thought once we got settled in and decided on a style, it would be ok. With zero customers in there, I thought she could wait a minute rather than insult a child like that. If she had someone else coming shortly, we could have come another time. Very disappointed. I would never ask for a discount, just a polite and patient staff is all. We like to support small business in general and were disappointed with the employee, not the owner.
