i came in late, just right around when they were about to close and they were kind enough to take me in! my nails look great and i notice that just as i was about to finish with my appointment they started cleaning, this seems to be the case as i come into the store often at night. they are always cleaning when they close. they also have a point system where when you have enough points, you can choose a free service.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueThis place always double books your appointments which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, Bella the manager is always rude to the customers. I’ve been here numerous times and have seen her be so rude to people of color. I’ve been going here for 3 years and would’ve never thought that I’d be on the receiving end of Bella’s disrespect. I will no longer go back here and I’m telling my family and friends not to go either. I would never spend my hard earned money in an establishment that feels it’s ok to disrespect their loyal customers!!!! This place always double books your appointments which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, Bella the manager is always rude to the customers.
