Positive: QualityLee was absolutely AMAZING!! In under 2 hours he waxed my eyebrows perfectly, (last time I had my eyebrows waxed at a different store and they took off half my eyebrow so I was nervous trying it again but they came out so nice!!), he gave me the best pedicure with paint that lasted me through a whole music festival without chipping.. and finally he took his time to help me create this design for my nails and they came out so pretty!! I couldn’t be more excited to find a nail salon that’s close and affordable. Literally it all came out to $100… like WHAT!!! Great customer service, great conversation, and beautiful job on everything. Absolutely horrible. I asked to have nails put on. Requested straight coffin tip nails the lady proceeded to tell me they didn’t exist and continued to put on really curved talons on my finger after I said that’s not what I wanted. She then put on the exact type of nail on only one of my fingers. I then said this is the type of nail I requested you said didn’t exist. I just asked her to removed the tips and I’ll go somewhere else. She tried to rip the tips off when she couldn’t she wrapped them in foil and acetone. Left it on for a whole hour to the point where it burnt my skin and removed them myself. I tip very well and I always try to be friendly in confrontation but today was totally

This salon had decent reviews online so I decided to give it a shot. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. When I sat in the chair for a pedicure I had to wait about 20 minutes before anyone came over to start on my nails. Once the tech came over, I told her the water was way too hot. She said it would cool down and pushed my feet in the water anyway. During my pedicure the tech seemed rush and distracted and even answered her phone in the middle of painting my nails. I didn’t notice it until after I had walked out of the salon unfortunately. The paint job is extremely sloppy and uneven, I’m pretty sure I could’ve done a better job if I painted them myself. The pedicure I felt was a bit more expensive than other places too. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere, you’ll be glad you did.

Critical: QualityI went to go in to get a dip manicure with tips. The tips were glued on and not done properly. When she began to file, the tips started to pop off and she kept filing. She made the shape so uneven and it wasn’t a good experience. I asked her to take the nails off and I left.

Critical: QualityI did eyebrows waxing here , recommended by one of their employees , had a very bad burning sensation immediately after the waxing . The lady told me it will cool down in a while . After I came back I realized my upper eye skin got peeled during waxing . It’s been three months now the burnt scar is still there . I have tried everything to get rid of the scar but I have not been successful. I completely rely on concealer every time I step out .
