As I’m walking up to the door a guy, who I’m assuming is the manager, was sitting on the curb smoking and asked what I needed done. I told him I just needed my nails soaked off. He brings me inside didn’t wash his hands or anything and starts drilling my dip powder off. After sitting with my hands in acetone for about 20 minutes he tells someone else to come finish it. She was super sweet and kept conversation. When it was time to pay the same guy runs over and says $40. I said for just a soak off? And he just kept repeating “$40”. I paid and tipped the girl but that’s VERY expensive and I think I was over charged. All I got was a soak off and a nail trim, no polish. I was expecting $25 at most. Will not be returning.

Gel Nails chipped in less than 2 weeks. I informed the owner of this and he said “we do the best we can do”. I told him that my nails never chip and I’ve worn them for up to 4 weeks. You have to pay an additional $5 for them to remove your nail polish. Not a good business move. Them removing your polish is apart of healthy nail maintenance.

I have been a faithful client in the past, they were great. This time I brought my 4 year old to get her toenails painted, just regular polish on teeny tiny toes! $15 just for paint, highway robbery! I was planning on getting dip powder and a deluxe pedicure, after they told me her price I told them I was not getting any services done. My daughter was so excited or I would have left without her polish too.
