A friend recommended this place and specific nail tech that she said would take good care of me. I made an appointment and arrived 10 early for the appointment time. They made me wait 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time to begin my pedicure service. Immediately noticed that tools weren’t not properly sanitized between clients. Dirty towels that were used to wipe the questionable tools are use were used to dry clean feet. The hose/nozzle of the foot spa remained in the water the entire time across all stations, meaning it collects bacteria and spreads it. They used an e-file drill on some man’s calluses and then on someone else’s toe nail without cleaning or switching the drill bit! Those are not supposed to be used on skin to begin with. I am giving 2 stars simply because the outcome of the pedicure visually looks great and the lady who did it was nice, but I was seriously disturbed by the lack sanitation practices. Just hoping that my feet are okay. Went home and soaked them with antibacterial soap and hot water. I’ll be monitoring them for the next few days for any signs of infection. This place should be reported and shut down.

I came in trying to find a new nail tech that is open to creating free-hand nail hand designs, not always particular on making appointments, not too crowd ea. time you go and upgraded in methods an supplies used. Eventually I want my nail techs contact info so I can call them directly and doesn’t mind making that connection so I can come in when I’m ready. I would suggest my technician but I don’t want her too busy for me, just a little selfish…hehehe

Staff are polite, inviting, and friendly, so it was extremely disappointing that two minutes into getting gel nails my nail technician cut me and my finger bled through the complete service. Also, did not see her remove clippers from a sealed package. Thankfully, my finger healed fine with no infection. Therefore, 1star. Nail art

First time ever experience but it won’t be my last. I had a fun time and I got to watch some football in the process. They were sanitary, accommodating, patient, and very good at what they do. I recommend all guys who watch football and like their feet rubbed to go to this place.

I went in with only a half hour to get my nails and toes painted. I asked the lady if she was able to paint over the gel color that was already on my nails for the sake of time. She said “yes”. She painted my nails and toes without taking off the other paint and without filing, like I wanted. When I went to pay, she charged me $30. I argued that she didn’t file or take off other paint. I left there paying the $30 instead of arguing with her with the promise to myself that I would give a bad review and NEVER return! I would have paid $15 for what was done that day, so I believe she cheated me out of the other $15. These women have horrible customer service as well. While I was there, they had mean looks on their faces and were not very hospitable. This is by far the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to and I’m hoping you will take your money elsewhere before considering giving your money to these thieves!

She’s such a sweetheart and actually talks with you (if you know what I mean….lol) when you’re getting your services done. I would highly recommend this place.
