Critical: Quality, ValueI came here for the 1st time with my daughter. It looks very beautiful from the outside, that’s what caught my eye, so I wanted to try it out. Worst thing I could have done. They don’t know what they are doing. My nails look like a blob of junk on my nails. They are all different shapes. They just look really really bad. I told her I didn’t like them from the start but she said, don’t worry, I’ll fix it for you. Instead she kept adding more and more powder to try and make it smooth but it just got worse. The lady in charge of the place came to look and said, they look pretty, of course she’s gonna have her worker side, time is money for them, so they didn’t want to start over.My daughter’s nails were also awful. She got polish and they couldn’t even do a French tip right. They took the point all the way to the top. Plus they did a manicure on her, when I told them no, just polish. She is 11 yrs old, so she didn’t know they weren’t suppose to do the manicure.Please please take my advise and DO NOT COME HERE. I spent $109.00 here and it was an awful experience. I wish I had read the reviews. I came here for the 1st time with my daughter. It looks very beautiful from the outside, that’s what caught my eye, so I wanted to try it out. Worst thing I could have done.
