Completely unsatisfied. Every nail is shaped different. Wrong color for an American.The white tips are uneven and at different levels. Told her it was not what I wanted, she didn’t care. Told her the different shapes nails, she didn’t care. Cost me 50.00 for her to mess up my own nails. Now I’m going to have to have tips put back on.

Waited over an hour and a half to get a manicure after my pedicure; only to be continuously skipped over. In fact, I was skipped over so much so that another patreon of this business said something about it. I also said something and two of the employees lied as if I wasn’t there and clearly seen the two ladies come in after me. The two employees shrugged it off as if it were ok and I ended up leaving. Prior to this instance, I had another terrible experience where I was getting a pedicure and the man was absolutely horrible. He was rough and acted as if he was angry about something that went on prior to my arrival. I am a CASH paying FREQUENT customer and its shameful that PROFESSIONALISM ISN’T INCLUDED in these costly/mediocre services. I definitely WILL NOT be returning and I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CLASSIC NAILS TO ANYONE.

Called today to see how much a mani/pedi for a child would be. The lady on the phone asked if we wanted regular polish or the one that dried quickly. (Can’t remember what its called. I didn’t even know it was a thing.) Of course we chose the faster drying one. She says it’ll be 20 dollars. We get there and everything was great until it was time to pay. They charged me 47 dollars for her nails. Even after I explained that we had called before hand and was told it would only be 20. Highly disappointed. Would have stayed home and painted them myself if I had known. UPDATE: one of the colors has already rubbed off. Definitely not worth the pay!!

No hard sales on extra services which is good. They will fix my polish if I mess it up as I leave and do so happily. Extremely friendly great customer service. Love this place , professional quality professional nail care … Just like you get in Dallas but with a hometown friendliness and charm . Joshua was amazing he worked us in on a busy Saturday he also helped us with his professional opion decide on a Color to match a dress for a wedding . Just don’t ask him to paint your house. We had lots of fun thanks again (Jack). Thanks again we will be back when we visit family in east texas.

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. The guy who did my pedicure took a big chunk out of my heel when he was removing calluses. Then he didn’t know how to do my nail, had to take off my color and start over. Then they charge me to take the color off and put the right one on. Then still charged full price for everything after that.
