Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI paid $45 for tips and SNS. These were supposed to be my birthday nails and I was so excited to have my nails done. I left with patchy, chunky nails with uneven edges. I noticed that he kept putting my finger in the powder and when It kept coming out uneven, he kept doing it and then covered it with clear top coat to try and hide it. I thought he would file them down more but he never did. I’m very upset with how they came out. I also got a pedicure and when pointing to the regular pedicure multiple times he kept pointing to the upgraded, more expensive one. I thought maybe it was because I got the sns and I needed to have it included? I paid $45 for tips and SNS. These were supposed to be my birthday nails and I was so excited to have my nails done. I left with patchy, chunky nails with uneven edges. Pedicure was overcharged and super unprofessional people. I kept having to correct the man to do my nails right how I wanted it and he did not have the basic equipment I wanted. Messed up my french line because he didnt wait for the gel to dry and put coating over and it blended in and looks ofd. as now I have a cloudly looking pedi. Pedicure, Manicure

Kim. Kim! KIM!! Ask for Kim! She pays attention to detail and she does whatever it is you request. She convinced me to switch from acrylic to sns (with a nail tip) I was very apprehensive at first but when I left they lasted longer than my acrylics and they felt sooo natural and smooth!! She works with the times I get off work and everything. A wonderful family business!! This is the third set I’ve gotten from her. Faithfully every two weeks now.
