I’ve been here 4 times, first 2 times were good last 2 times not that good. Prices are better at salon near Publix and I’ll return there Since classic nails doesn’t take the time to make it a relaxing experience. This particular time my pedicure leg massage was less than 1 min per leg. Manicure arm massage was 40 seconds one arm and 18 seconds on 2nd arm. ( I timed it after the short pedicure massage.) I had done yard work the day prior and my nails were dirty w mulch and dirt debris that lingered. The woman was very rude about it and told me I should have scrubbed my nails at home, the owner had to tell her to use her tool and remove dirt. Next, the woman took a picture of my hands (& lied to my face that she took the picture) Again the owner made her open the phone and delete the photo. It was all so strange… Especially bc I am paying for a service and it was apparently a burden for her to perform. Although the owner is very nice and finished the polish job for her, I will not be returning, despite its convenient location.

Tried this salon because of the reviews! Mistake. I must have gotten a nail tech in training because it is almost the worst SNS nail service I have had in the 10 years that I have been getting SNS. Another thing that I thought was very unprofessional was they ask me to wash my hands upon entering the salon but told me to keep the wash cloth I dried my hands with and she had me use it again when she ask me to wash my hands at the end of my service. Also had a toe nail polish change and they didn’t put the flip flops on me, I walked around the salon with bare feet. They ask if I wanted them when I was about to leave. Hope this helps someone make an educated choice because these services are not cheap and the quality seems to be getting worse to me.

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI love this Nail Salon. It was late and nearing closing time, and I had a rough day and just needed to get my nails and toes done. It just had to happen! This place was the only place to take me in, even though the services I wanted would keep them past their closing time. They did it anyways! And they did such a great job and I was so pleased with the way my nails and feet looked, that this is the only place I will go from now on. They always make me look and feel great! I love this Nail Salon. It was late and nearing closing time, and I had a rough day and just needed to get my nails and toes done. It just had to happen! This place was the only place to take me in, even though the services I wanted would keep them past their closing time. They did it anyways!
