Classic Nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI came without an appointment and new it was a bit late for a pedicure and my gel manicure. I was a regular customer. I arrived around 3:15pm and asked if I could still have a pedicure and manicure, and the owner said yes. I started my pedicure and I have never felt so abuse and bartered by someone. The owner started my pedicure so violently and it was obvious that he was angry. Because I wanted to be nice to him, I did not said anything. I was getting the tops pedicure which is almost $70.00. I was in shocked how he abused me physically, that I decided to get up and told him that I had to leave. I did not want to embarrass him infringe of other customers and his workers. I told him to charge me for the only thing he had done, wash my feet and exfoliate, we did not even get to the massage. This behavior unprofessional and abusive. I am so disappointed of this man. I came without an appointment and new it was a bit late for a pedicure and my gel manicure. I was a regular customer. I arrived around 3:15pm and asked if I could still have a pedicure and manicure, and the owner said yes. I started my pedicure and I have never felt so abuse and bartered by someone.
