Thought I would try this place out for the first time .I read the reviews and they weren’t so great. I thought I would experience on my own the lady was very nice but her work is not nice at all ,it was very sloppy her monomer nail powders mix is not proportional so therefore your nails do not stay on I had two lift the next day after a nail fill. I did not have time to stop in to tell them or have them fix it because I had to work and then get home to my kids. two days after that I had one that she had put a brand new nail on because I had broken the other one and that completely popped off!!! AFTER 2 DAYS!!!!!! I do not recommend this place save your money and go to somebody who has better product or better knowledge on how to properly do nails!

I would not recommend this place. I went in for a dip polish removal, the nail tech Lily was nice enough but was talking with two coworkers the entire time and barely said anything to me. The foil she used to wrap my nails in to soak looked like it had been used before as she had to press the wrinkles out of it. They charged $15.95 for the polish removal which is more than I’ve paid anywhere else, especially considering they seem to reuse tin foil. The whole place didn’t look very clean or well kept. I will not go back.

I went in today to have two broken nails repaired and a color change. They said it would be $51. I said how much is a broken nail they said $8 because you need a whole new nail. Their acrylic new set price on the wall is $40 which is literally $4 a nail. When I saw that I realized the do not want business from certain customers. Never going back sad that you judged me but im actually a college professor. You clearly didn’t want my regular business though.

They are very nice. But inconsistent in the quality. I have gone about 5 time to do powder. It last a long time, but it is not healthful! The skin under my nails is all white. They also are not clean. I won’t be going back. Nail cut & filing

Never again a full set it says is 40$ when I got there picked out my color got them done and went to pay my total was 65$ for a full set with one color they came up with so many things they had to charge me for that I asked about and was never told there was a charge I don’t recommend this place at all!!

I usually am not a review person but I more so posting this in hopes that the shop sees this more than anything. I want to first start of that I am African American. I came there almost two weeks ago with a friend of mine and my daughter. My first problem was one of the techs was literally on the phone on speaker the whole time I was there. My second offense was the fact that I was asked to pay before my services had been rendered. I haven’t experienced that since I was a teen. Although I know it’s not abnormal but it felt like it was assumed I didn’t have the money on top of that when I handed my card over it was glared at front and back like it was fake. The final straw was that I choose to do regular polish over both me and my daughters acrylic. Regardless if I do gel or reg polish my polish never chips in a weeks time. In addition my daughter full set pretty much has popped off. Either the product was cheap or quality services were not rendered due what we looked like. Regardless of the service which included two pedicures and two full sets, I gave a 20% tip. I would like to note although I came in there looking a little rough: I am a professional woman with a great job and a masters level education. Not that all that should matter but hope this review tells the owners, please don’t judge a book by its cover. Regardless Great customer service should be offered to all who enter. You could have had two loyal well tipping patrons but you lost them that day!!

I got my nails done on February 19th and by February 23rd One of my nails fell off then today (February 25th) I noticed that one of my nails was super loose and it’s basically about to fall off then a few hours later that nail came off plus 2 more I noticed today that one of my nails is longer than the other. They are super nice people and the customer service was good. They do nails horribly and I would not recommend this place. I spent 65 dollars and it was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this place at all.

This place is great! They are very clean, friendly, and have reasonable prices. They have a lot of regulars (which is a good sign) so it might not hurt to make an appointment, although both times I have gone so far I just walked in and they were able to take me right away. It’s worth it to pay a little extra for the leg massage if you get a pedicure, and they always do a little shoulder massage while your hands are drying. I don’t get my nails done often, so I appreciate the pampering!
