I have been attending this nail salon since July of this year, every two weeks, consistently. Today, I walked in behind a group of 4 women, was overlooked, and the lady that came in after me was seated as I was told to come back in an hour. I am more than disappointed that I was dismissed in such a manor. I will no longer support this business.

I showed up for a pedicure appointment and 25 minutes later was when my service started. That’s always frustrating but what made it feel over the top was a few weeks prior I had been 5 minutes late for my appointment time and they had given away my seat. Feels a bit unfair the way their policies work with no acknowledgment from their staff.

I went in to get gel polish done (me and my daughter). Male nail tech started taking my polish off then when another woman walked in (non-black) he moved me all the way to the end (away from daughter) and done her nails instead when i was there first. Definitely felt racially motivated. Gel manicures

Just stopped in as a walk in today bc the salon I had recently gone to in town was not open. I just had the best experience. The salon is beautiful and it wasn’t crazy busy so it felt very peaceful. The nail tech “Kim” spent so much time making sure every detail was perfect. My nails (dip powder) look amazing. Let’s just say I won’t be returning to the other salon anymore.

They did an amazing job, had to reschedule twice and they still accepted me and on top of that I had a nail that I was not happy with because of my OCD and the kind ladies still took it upon them without any complaining and fix the nail I was having issues with. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. The only nail place I go to.
