Lip Liner / Lip Color
When preforming the procedure for the lip line, I follow the vermilion line, not changing the lip, unless correction is needed. By following the vermilion line, the lip looks fuller, shapelier, and more defined. One benefit to this is that when lipstick is applied it will not leave the permanent cosmetic line, nothing smears outside the line. Full lip color can also be applied to the entire lip. We can be confident we have very nice shaped lips with color, without reaching for our lipstick.
