Had a horrible experience with Nina WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! I give her a ZERO star was unprofessional didn’t want to fix it unless I pay more to fix it , I started to cry she didn’t even care that I cried was trying to look past that . she does not know what she’s doing , blamed me for the mistakes she did , I told her I had a budget & she constantly threw it in my face that I had no money for the look I wanted . wouldn’t take a chance at your hair with her , Nina is a NO for me . The owner then Saw what was going on seen the mistakes and fixed my hair for me for no cost !!! Really appreciate her and will go back for her only to do my hair I love the way my hair looks and feels & am sooooooo happy I went back and Renee did exactly what I asked for I give her 10/10
